Policies/Terms/Conditions
1 st Class Cleaning Service appreciates your business. We know how important your business and home is to you. For both the protection of our clients and our company, please read the following Policies, Terms & Conditions.
GENERAL
1st Class Services is a professional cleaning, moving, maintenance, and lawn care service that is fully insured with 1,000,000 in general liability insurance for your protection. We normally work in teams of two or three professionally trained cleaners, movers, maintenance workers, and lawn care crew.
APPOINTMENTS
For your convenience we have a flexible schedule seven days a week. When you need cleaning, moving, maintenance, and lawn care services or additional help, please call us 24 hours in advance to reserve the time for the service needed. 1st Class Cleaning Service will do our best to arrive on time at your business or home. Please note, since it is not possible to give a specific time when we will arrive, we will make every effort to meet your needs with in a timely manner.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please provide at least 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time spot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
1st Class Services gladly accepts payment in the following forms: Cash, Money Orders, Personal check (please make checks out to 1st Class Services), Credit Cards (Credit Cards payments are processed through PayPal). All payments must be paid in full.
GIFT CARD CERTIFICATES
You may purchase a gift card certificates for any special or just thinking about you occasion. Gift cards are NOT redeemable for cash.
QUALITY
Cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service. We offer a 24 hour guaranteed, however we do not offer a refund. If you are not 100% satisfied with our cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas you are not happy with at no additional cost you.
SAFETY
In order to protect our cleaning staff from personal injury, we do not allow them to lift or move anything heavier than 45 lbs. We can, however, clean behind appliances like the refrigerator, oven, and sofa. Please move it prior to the cleaning appointment to allow access to the desired areas.
EXTRA SERVICES
If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled service day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your business or home and we can give you the quote for the additional services.
